Hi,
Firstly, make sure you cleanly washed your phone, I mean no water exist in your iphone
Secondly, try these solutions (problem caused by compass IC/front camera):
- Turn on phone without the front camera cable connected at all. If phone boots fine, replace cable.
- If nothing changes, replace/remove compass IC and test again
