i have an iphone 5s that has some issues, earpiece not working, i can't hear the callers and headphone jack, it’s working, and use headphone it’s work too.
Please check: 1. Connectors : loose / dirty... 2. Screws fixed/existed ? 3. Check earpiece speaker way: Finally, if everything is OK, try to replace a new earpiece and test again
