Alcatel 4016x model : Camera not Working !

Hi,
I have an Alcatel OneTouch Pixi 2, model 4016x, and its camera isn't working anymore,
The application isn't showing anymore in the full list of applications!
And when I try to open it; it gives this message : "Unfortunately, Gallery has stopped - Force close"

I flashed the phone with a new firmware but the problem still the same,

Yes, I have done that too,
I actually tried 3 different ROMs (it was very hard to find them!) but the problem stay the same

 

Try 3 more solutions:

If the problem is still the same, please let me know, I will upload new ROM and send the link to you

Maybe the problem will be still the same after flashing with other roms, let me study more for this case.
I think you should try another gallery, i.e: <Bạn vui lòng đăng nhập hoặc đăng ký để xem được nội dung này!>

I think the problem is more related to the camera, cause the gallery app is showing pictures properly, while the camera app doesn't open at all or even figure in the list of the phone apps :/

P.S: I installed another gallery app but the camera still not working and showing the same error msg

 

Hi,
Maybe, the problem is from hardware, camera issue, not ROM issue.
You can take to service center to have look on it or if you are a technician, you can borrow a working camera, replace and test it
